- To become a member of the ASSOCIATION OF THE HELLENIC-ROMANIAN SOCIETY OF SURGERY (HEROES), individuals must pay an annual membership fee of EUR 50.
- The membership becomes active upon successful payment of the membership fee.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the applicant once the payment is processed and the membership is approved.

Conference Ticket Purchase

- Users can purchase tickets for the HEROES conference exclusively online through Netopia Payments.
- After completing the purchase, users will receive a confirmation message with the order status. This confirmation serves as proof of purchase.
- The actual conference ticket, containing the access QR code, will be sent via email shortly before the start of the event.

- All payments are securely processed through Netopia Payments.
- Users are responsible for providing accurate payment details to ensure a successful transaction.
- Membership and ticket purchases are confirmed only after payment is received and processed.
Event Access

- Entry to the conference is granted based on the QR code included in the ticket sent via email before the event.
- Attendees must present their QR code at the entrance to receive their badge.
Refund and Cancellation Policy

- Membership fees are non-refundable.
- Conference tickets are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is canceled by the organizers.
- If the event is postponed, purchased tickets remain valid for the new date.
