Membership Acquisition

      • To become a member of the ASSOCIATION OF THE HELLENIC-ROMANIAN SOCIETY OF SURGERY (HEROES), individuals must pay an annual membership fee of EUR 50.
      • The membership becomes active upon successful payment of the membership fee.
      • A confirmation email will be sent to the applicant once the payment is processed and the membership is approved.

Conference Ticket Purchase

      • Users can purchase tickets for the HEROES conference exclusively online through Netopia Payments.
      • After completing the purchase, users will receive a confirmation message with the order status. This confirmation serves as proof of purchase.
      • The actual conference ticket, containing the access QR code, will be sent via email shortly before the start of the event.

Payment and Confirmation

    • All payments are securely processed through Netopia Payments.
    • Users are responsible for providing accurate payment details to ensure a successful transaction.
    • Membership and ticket purchases are confirmed only after payment is received and processed.

Event Access

    • Entry to the conference is granted based on the QR code included in the ticket sent via email before the event.
    • Attendees must present their QR code at the entrance to receive their badge.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

    • Membership fees are non-refundable.
    • Conference tickets are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is canceled by the organizers.
    • If the event is postponed, purchased tickets remain valid for the new date.
